Elaine joins JenCap as an advisor in mergers & acquisition strategy. From 2007 to 2014, Elaine served as CFO for Edgewood Partners Insurance Center. She was part of original team who founded EPIC from a zero base to close to $100.0 million of revenue by early 2014. From 1993 to 2007, Elaine served as CFO of Hales Group. She acted as CFO to a boutique investment adisory firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions of insurance distribution companies. In addition to CFO responsibilities, she performed transaction work in agency acquisitions on both the buy-side and the sell-side and participated in capital raising engagements. From 1989 to 1993, Elaine served as Advisor to ABI Insurance, the predecessor company to Accordia Inc, which was the platform acquisition of Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Advisory services included acquisition work, system conversions, and special projects for the CFO. From 1986 to 1999, Elaine was the Agency principal for Bay Pacific Insurance Brokers. CFO for Bay Pacific which was acquired on a leveraged buyout basis from Jardine Insurance Brokers. Successfully sold to ABI in 1989. From 1979 to 1986, Elaine held positions of increasing responsibilities, the last being National Controller, at Jardine Insurance Brokers.
Elaine received an MBA from UC Berkeley in 1979.
